H2B Program
Employers who cannot find enough US workers to fill seasonal needs can file for a "Labor Certification" through the US Department of Labor. Upon filing, the employer must show seasonal need and also show an attempt to fill the positions through local advertising. This process cannot begin more than 120 days prior to the seasonal need.
Camp Counselor
Opportunities and Beyond Camp Counselor Program allows foreign national to work at US Summer Camps as Camp Counselors for up to four months during the US summer camp season. These Camp Counselors work alongside of US staff members and provide additional skill set to teach campers and also a wonderful international feel to the overall camp experience.
Summer Program
Opportunities and Beyond is a US designated J-1 Exchange Visitor sponsor. As a sponsor, we have the ability to provide university students and recent graduates the opportunity to work and travel in the US for up to 4 months during their summer break. Take your summer and turn it into a US experience!
